Utilization of Nanogold and Nanosilver in Kelor (Moringa Oleifera Lam.) Leaf Extract for Pandemic of Covid-19

This research has the purpose to determine characteristics of synthesis 20 ppm nanogold using TEM, effect adding on antioxidant activity Moringa leaves, and best concentration that supports increasing in leaves. Nanogold nanosilver were synthesized bottom-up methods. The concentrations used for leaf extract 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 ppm. is Nanosilver at a had inhibition antibacterial activity. Testing was carried out DPPH method which analyzed with UV-Vis spectrophotometer. results TEM test have dominant cluster size 22.17 nm. 60.7258 addition greater resulted showed as supporter leaves percent reduction 79.288 (very strong category).
